These Terms govern your use of ItIsMe, the website builder platform operated by V2S Infosystem Private Limited. Please read them carefully before creating an account.

ItIsMe ("ItIsMe", the "Platform" or the "Service") is owned and operated by V2S Infosystem Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered and operational office at 2/352, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi – 110027, India ("V2S Infosystem", "we", "us" or "our").
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your" or "User") and V2S Infosystem Private Limited governing your access to and use of the Service, including the website at itisme.in, the ItIsMe administrative dashboard, the ItIsMe Android application, and every website generated through the Platform.
By registering for an account, accessing the Service, or using it in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
Important: These Terms contain provisions limiting our liability and requiring most disputes to be resolved by arbitration in New Delhi. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be waived under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
To register for and use the Service you must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only through an account created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and remains responsible for all activity on that account.
You must also not be barred from using the Service under any law applicable to you.
Registration is subject to review and approval by us. We review new sign-ups, ordinarily within 24 hours, in order to keep spam and abusive content off the Platform. We may accept or reject any application at our discretion. On approval, your login details are sent to the email address you registered.
You agree to provide accurate and current information, to keep your login details confidential, to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access, and to accept responsibility for all activity carried out under your account.
Your Domain Key must be unique and must not infringe the trademark, name or other rights of any third party, impersonate any person or organisation, or be offensive or misleading. We may refuse, reclaim or reassign a Domain Key that breaches these Terms, that infringes a third-party right, or that belongs to an account which has remained inactive for twelve consecutive months, after giving you reasonable notice at your registered email address where practicable.
Subject to your Plan, the Service allows you to create and publish a multi-page website at your Domain Key, including pages for your profile, projects, services, products, blog and a contact form. The Service includes a built-in AI chat assistant, an administrative dashboard, an Android application, and the ability to operate your website in either Personal Mode or Business Mode.
Feature limits differ by Plan and are set out in clause 5. We may add, change or withdraw individual features in line with clause 8.

Payments are collected through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete card details. By submitting payment information you authorise the applicable charge. Charges levied by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each annual term unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by writing to support@itisme.in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, and your website continues to work until then.
Paid Plans are subject to a limited refund window and to cancellation terms, which are set out in full in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. That Policy forms part of these Terms and is incorporated into them by reference. By purchasing a paid Plan you agree to it.
In summary: the Basic Plan is free, so no refund arises; a refund may be requested within 3 days of payment; annual fees are not refunded on a pro-rata basis after that period; and no refund is payable where an account is suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms. Deductions, processing timelines, duplicate and failed payments, upgrades and downgrades, and escalation are dealt with in that Policy.
Where this clause and the Cancellation and Refund Policy differ, the Cancellation and Refund Policy applies. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. You are solely responsible for it, including its accuracy, legality and the permissions needed to publish it.
By submitting User Content you grant V2S Infosystem Private Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting purposes, publish and display that content, solely in order to operate, provide, secure and improve the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies retained in routine backups for the period described in clause 11.
You must not upload, publish or transmit User Content that:
We may, but are not obliged to, review User Content. We may remove or disable access to content that breaches these Terms and may suspend or terminate the associated account. Where we remove content, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and to state the reason.
The Service itself — including its source code, design, user interface, templates, ItIsMe and V2S Infosystem names, logos and trademarks — is owned by V2S Infosystem Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, resell, sublicense, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer any part of the Service, and no source code licence is granted under these Terms.
Every website created through the Service includes an AI chat assistant that responds to Visitor questions using the information you supply in your dashboard.
The ItIsMe Android application is made available for download from itisme.in as an installable package file. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use it solely to manage your own account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Breach of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be affected by scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, third-party provider failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify, add to, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. Where a change materially reduces a feature of a paid Plan, we will give reasonable notice by email, and you may cancel and request a pro-rata refund for the unused part of your term.
When you delete content, it is removed from your live website immediately. Residual copies may remain in routine encrypted backups for up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten. When an account is closed, User Content is deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for a longer period by law.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or by a prominent notice on itisme.in. Continued use of the Service after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain what personal data we collect and how we handle it. We process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
You are independently responsible for how you handle the personal data of your own Visitors, including enquiries received through your contact form and your AI chat assistant.
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, a Grievance Officer has been designated to receive and resolve complaints regarding content hosted on the Platform or your use of the Service.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours of receipt and aim to resolve them within 15 days. A complaint should state your name and contact details, the website address or Domain Key concerned, a clear description of the issue, and, where a legal right is alleged to have been infringed, evidence of that right.
If you believe content on a website hosted by us infringes your copyright or trademark, write to support@itisme.in with details identifying the protected work, the location of the infringing material, your contact details, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We will review and, where a complaint is substantiated, remove or disable access to the material and notify the account holder, who may submit a counter-notice.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, produce any particular commercial result, generate enquiries, employment, clients or revenue, achieve any search engine ranking, or operate identically on every device and browser.
The Service may rely on or integrate with third-party providers, including payment gateways, hosting and analytics. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, V2S Infosystem Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity or data, arising out of or in connection with the Service, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid us for the Service during that period. Where you use the Service on the free Basic Plan, our aggregate liability shall not exceed ₹1,000.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including rights available to you as a consumer.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless V2S Infosystem Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees and agents against any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your User Content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right or applicable law.
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by writing to support@itisme.in. Closing your account ends your subscription at the end of the current paid term; clause 6 governs any refund.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with notice where practicable and immediately where the circumstances require it, if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if fees remain unpaid, if we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity, if we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority, or if your account has been inactive for twelve consecutive months.
Where suspension arises from a breach that can be corrected, we will ordinarily tell you what needs to be corrected and allow a reasonable opportunity to do so before terminating the account.
On termination your right to use the Service ends and your website ceases to be published. You may request an export of your User Content within 30 days of termination. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, indemnity, disclaimers, limitation of liability and dispute resolution — continue to apply.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before commencing any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@itisme.in and allow 30 days for us to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most issues are resolved at this stage.
If a dispute is not resolved informally, it shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding.
Subject to clause 17.3, the courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of these Terms.
If you use the Service as a consumer, nothing in this clause prevents you from pursuing a remedy before a consumer forum having jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and V2S Infosystem Private Limited regarding the Service and supersede all prior understandings.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.
You may not assign these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations, including in connection with a merger, acquisition or transfer of business, on notice to you.
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, failures of power or telecommunications, or acts of government.
These Terms are drawn up in English. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
